The Toro Rodríguez family is dedicated to the selective breeding of sheep, starting with the selection of natural pastures, for cattle feed, from which excellent lambs and milk with great nutritional qualities are obtained, which is the basis for the production of Zamorano cheese. In order to continue with the painstaking work, the family has created its own cheese factory “EL ZAMORRAL”, where the efforts made by several generations culminate.
