The Mooshof Greber in Schwarzenberg (Austria) is a family business with about 60 dairy cows, some young cattle, 4 goats, and about 80 pigs. The fresh raw milk of our cows, we make tasty cheese. In addition to the typical mountain cheese, which matures in the new cheese cellar for up to 18 months, we also produce other cheese like goat cheese and cream cheese. Our cheese was awarded GOLD at the World Cheese Awards in London 2017!
