How to combine Livnos long tradition with the touch of the Mediterranean? We started with a desire to bring the cheese production to higher level, and, in fact, we made it. Hoping to provide to our customers something for which they were subconsciously craving, besides quality, we started to play with the original Mountain/Livno cheese.

The result didn’t come immediately, but we persisted. We created an unusual cheese for this region, which quality will be recognized for sure. The characteristics of the cheese are streaked appearance with aromatic Mediteranean spices and a strong scent of native grasses from Dinaric slopes.
