Malma is a bit nutty in taste, fits well both on the cheese tray and with breakfast. It is excellent for gratinate and to use as Raclette, as it melts nicely. In short: A cheese that everyone likes.
Malma is quite a big and firm, it needs around five months of maturing. But it can also be stored for longer. It weights between 6 and 7 kilos.
