WAKKER’S CREAMY GOUDA is traditional Dutch style Gouda, hand-crafted in small batches by ancient family recipe. Made from whole raw milk, aged Gouda has a firm, but buttery texture with cheese crystals, whitish, slightly crunchy crystalline spots, that form inside of long-aged cheeses. Aged 13-18 month, the cheese has a bright character and really sharp and rich taste. Great for eating and cooking.

White: Chardonnay, Muscato, Sauvignon Blanc
Red: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Dessert or fortified wines
