Mauston factory and retail store is conveniently located off of Hwy 90 near the Wisconsin Dells. You can watch cheese being made through an observation window and try samples of our award-winning varieties. We make our specialty, mixed milk cheeses and traditional varieties of Fontina and Gouda at our Mauston location.
